This crag is defined by having a splitter hand crack up the middle of it. The Nightworm Pinnacle has a few routes with a short approach. If you’re looking for a fun gear-protected route like Nightingale (5.8), or a short little sport climb like Worm Skin (5.11a), this might be your wall. With its openness and south-facing angle, you will be sure and catch the sun on a cold winter day. Approach: Park in the dirt pullout 7.7 miles up the canyon on the south (left) side of the road. Look across the road to find a pinnacle with a single hand crack up the center of it, 100 feet uphill on the north side of the road.
