What’s not to love? The routes are overhanging, dynamic, and always a good time. This wall is high in the canyon and gets afternoon sun. With thuggy classics like Mighty Dog (5.12c) and Big Dog (5.12b), you can test your power even through the winter months. However, virtually all the 5.12s here have manufactured/ drilled holds on them. Approach: Drive 12.2 miles up canyon along US-6 and park about 100 yards west of Tunnel 5 on either side of the road. This is the same parking area as for Catslab (p194). From here, look up the hill to the north (right) side of the road and spot a huge roof jutting out of the mountain. Hike back towards Tunnel 5 and find a trail on the north side of the road that will take you uphill on switchbacks.
